Mardi Gras Break!

  Hello bloggers!  I am just counting down the days until we are finally free for a week!  Aren't we all?  I'm so ready for a break from all this hard work and studying; but I am not only tired of all the work, I am tired of all the stress that I have to deal with!  I'm sure that once I have a few days of sleeping in and I finally get caught up on my sleep, I will be a little more willing to work and I will be in a better attitude.  Unfortunately, I won't be able to do much sleeping because this sunday I am leaving for Crested Butte, Colorado!

  Last year was the first time I had ever been to Crested Butte and I love it so much!  The environment is so fun there and I had so much fun with the families we went with.  The only bad part is that skiing isn't particularly my idea of a "vacation."  I started skiing a few years ago (which is pretty late) because I was terrified!  So my parents being the pro skiers they are finally forced me to just go and try it.  I was so scared I was going to break my ankle or snap my leg right in half.  But once I finally got there and learned, I decided it wasn't so bad.  Since then, I've come a long way, I've grown to like skiing a little more but it still isn't my favorite thing in the world for a few reasons.  Number one, I hate cold weather SO MUCH!  Also, I am still very scared that I am going to severely injure myself.  Who knows how i'll feel about skiing after this trip, I will be sure to let you know because i'm sure something crazy is bound to happen knowing my luck!
